For each operational Debian Linux installation (including physical servers and virtual machines, excluding Docker), we charge €50 monthly, which encompasses 30 to 60 minutes of maintenance.
Extensive maintenance tasks such as upgrading to the next Debian Linux distribution release, or additional non-maintenance tasks, like adding new servers, or installing additional software and tools—are not covered under this fee and will be billed separately at our standard rate of €100 per hour.
For services necessitating a specified percentage of uptime each month, we adjust the cost based on the number of highly available Debian Linux installations. The adjustments are as follows:
